🚨 24/7 Emergency Support
Production down? We're available around the clock for critical automation failures. If it's stopping you from making product, we can help.
What's "Emergency" Mean?
Production is down or significantly impaired. Not "we'd like to add a feature." Real emergencies get real priority.
If you've got something unusual, call anyway - we'll tell you honestly if we can help. And if we can't, we'll point you in the right direction.

What We Cover
24/7 rapid response for production-critical automation failures. PLC faults, drive failures, robot issues, HMI problems, network outages. If it's stopping production, we can help.
Support Options
- Emergency support contracts - guaranteed response, locked rates
- Non-contract emergency calls - best effort, premium rates
- Remote troubleshooting - often faster than on-site
- On-site response when remote can't solve it
Capacity
For plant managers and operations leadership
Response Time
For emergency support contract customers: phone answer within 15 minutes, 24/7. Remote access attempted within 1 hour. On-site within 24 hours anywhere in our primary coverage area (TN, GA, AL, KY, Carolinas, AR, MO), faster if we can get flights.
Non-Contract Calls
We'll do our best, but contract customers get priority. If we're already on a call, you wait. For customers who need guaranteed response, support contracts lock in rates and priority.
What Does This Cost?
Emergency rates are premium - this is nights, weekends, drop-everything work. But it's transparent: you'll know the rate before we roll. No surprises on the invoice.
Can You Actually Fix It?
Usually, yes. Our hit rate on emergency calls is high. Sometimes it's a failed component we can identify but not immediately replace. Sometimes it's a mechanical failure that controls can't solve. We're honest about what we find, and we'll tell you fast if you need to call someone else.
What If You Need Parts?
We maintain relationships with local distributors for common components. After-hours sourcing is part of the service. We've pulled drives from distributor shelves at midnight. Can't always get everything, but we know who to call.
Sustainability
For maintenance managers and technicians
Not Here to Make You Dependent
Emergency calls should include knowledge transfer. We explain what we find, what we did, and how to prevent recurrence. The goal is fewer emergency calls over time, not more.
Documentation
You get a service report: what the symptoms were, what we found, what we did, and what we recommend. Not a mystery repair - a documented fix that helps you next time.
Root Cause, Not Just Band-Aid
We get you running, then talk about why it happened. If it's a systemic issue (power quality, thermal, wear item), we'll tell you. You decide what to do, but you'll know the risk.
Remote Access Setup
We'll help set up remote access if you don't have it. You shouldn't need us on-site for every issue. A lot of problems can be solved with the right remote visibility.
Credibility
For controls engineers and technical evaluators
Troubleshooting Approach
Systematic, not random. Observe, gather data, form hypothesis, test. We don't just start swapping parts and hope. We use the diagnostic tools built into the equipment - fault codes, trending, event logs.
Remote Capabilities
VPN into your network (securely), access PLC/HMI diagnostics, pull fault histories, monitor live operation. A huge percentage of emergency calls can be diagnosed remotely before we ever get in a truck.
On-Site Toolkit
Laptop with programming software for major platforms. Serial cables, Ethernet cables, adapters. Basic electrical test equipment. We show up ready to work, not asking to borrow your tools.
What We Won't Do
Hack together an unsafe workaround to get you running. Bypass safety systems. Promise it's fixed when we're not sure. We'll give you options and risks, but we won't leave you with a time bomb.

Common Fault Codes
Quick-reference fault code lookup for Allen-Bradley, Siemens, PowerFlex, and FANUC. Know what the fault means before you call.
