What Does It Cost?

Hourly or weekly rates depending on engagement type. You're paying for senior-level expertise without benefits, recruiting costs, training time, or bench time between projects. It's premium compared to an employee's hourly rate, but often cheaper than total cost of employment - and definitely cheaper than unfilled positions.

How Fast Can You Start?

Depends on current utilization. Sometimes we can start next week. Sometimes it's 4-6 weeks out. We'll tell you honestly - no bait and switch with a junior when you needed a senior.

What If It's Not a Fit?

We'll make it right. If the resource isn't meeting your needs, we address it immediately. This isn't a temp agency where you're stuck with whoever showed up.

Our engineers follow your standards if you have them. If you don't, they follow industry best practices. Either way, the code is clean, documented, and maintainable.
