• Robot integration and programming (FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
• Control system design and retrofits
• Electrical panel design and fabrication
• 24/7 emergency support services
• Staff augmentation and contract engineering

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

Project Agreements

All automation projects are governed by separate written agreements (quotes, proposals, or contracts) that specify scope, deliverables, pricing, and terms. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace project-specific agreements. In case of conflict, the project agreement takes precedence.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about equipment, systems, and project requirements
• Ensure safe working conditions and site access for our personnel
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for work to be performed
• Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Our Property: All proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering services remain the property of SS Automation & Controls LLC.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or license rights to project-specific deliverables as specified in project agreements. This typically includes PLC programs, HMI screens, and documentation created specifically for the client's project.

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and tools, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SS Automation & Controls LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or website use.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including client delays, third-party equipment issues, or force majeure events.

Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for deliverables are defined in project agreements. We do not warrant third-party equipment, software, or components not supplied by us.
